The Black Ice Printer Manager allows to create custom document conversion profiles. Each profile could have different setting. For example one can create a profile for printing invoices and other profile to generate sales reports. By selecting the profile one can simply and quickly configure the driver. The conversion settings will be displayed in the 'Properties of the selected conversion mode' area.
Conversion profiles are useful for recurring tasks. Setting up an Agent Printer is a more advanced way to handle routine tasks, since Agent printers can store email, Bates numbering, annotation and watermark settings.
