Sales Assistant

Sales Assistant
Black Ice Software is looking for a Full Time, Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our growing sales force. Responsibilities include answering incoming sales inquiries via phone and email, following up with prospective customers, assisting with various sales and marketing efforts, order processing and various sales and office related duties This position is an entry level position, we are looking to train and mentor the ideal candidate. We are looking for an individual with a positive, willing to learn attitude. Some technical computer background is ideal as you will be providing pre-sales support to our customers.
